The PolyMorph CazzApp mobile application is designed to facilitate hotel check-in and electronic room access.
In this context, we process your personal data in order to:

Identify and authenticate guests for check-in and accommodation registration;

Transmit required guest data to the accommodation provider (hotel or other lodging facility) according to Romanian law and applicable hospitality regulations;

Generate and manage digital keys for hotel room access;

Maintain compliance with legal obligations (e.g., guest registry requirements);

Communicate relevant booking and check-in information to the user.

Digital Key Data: encrypted credentials necessary to generate your electronic room key.
